Changing your payment method

If you need to change your account's billing information due to a declined payment or to prevent your account from being downgraded, you can do so in the 'Subscription' section found under the 'Account' tab in your account's dashboard. While in the 'Subscription' section, select 'Change' to change the payment method for your account. 

If you receive an error or have any other trouble changing you account's billing information, please contact our support team by creating a support ticket.
